A relatively quiet night, but fraught with many laughs and surprises. This is the community I love – get on a stream, shoot some bull, and enjoy some frags. Was a great night to hang out and enjoy each others company, even if some of it wasn’t completely sober.

We rearranged things a little bit tonight, and got ourselves a good set of matchups. Really great games to all players, and I was pleased to see some new faces doing well against even newer faces. Gee Gees!

We usher in the new year with rockets and railguns. Surprisingly big turnout considering hangovers and all that. Adren sets himself up to take the crown, but wimps out and forgoes it to MA5. Christmas KOTH
Yes, we’re just that insane. Quake events on Christmas! Bring it on! Good games to those who showed up and stuck around. Adrenaline takes the crown this week, and sets himself up nicely in his chilly throne.

Carols abound from community creations to create the fraggiest of festivities as we celebrate Christmas. Corny? Hell yeah, and we love it. Merry Christmas everyone!
Quake II Koth #3
Loads of people showed up, any thanks to all of the players who made this possible. Isbjorn takes crown #3 – who will challenge him next week? KOTH is held every Friday from 9pm EST – 12am EST, so be there!
Quake II KOTH #2
This week we ended up having KOTH on Friday night, but that didn’t hurt a thing as we had over 25 players show up, and most of them got a chance to play. We look forward to the next event, and many thanks to RottenRose, quadz, RailWolf, and Defiant for helping run the event.
Quake 2 Tastyspleen KOTH #1
Our first KOTH, and while it only lasted an hour due to other shows, we still got some really great matches in on ztn2dm3. The first of many to come!
GlobalGamers 3rd Anniversary Party and Tourney
GlobalGamers.net, our favorite IRC network, celebrated their 3rd year up with a whole day worth of games, raffles, and prizes. We were privileged to cover the Digital Paintball 2 1v1 Tournament that involved 32 players from around the world. The prizes at the end included some nice mice thanks to Razer. GGs to all, GG!
Tastyspleen Community Music Night
We get tracks from Focalor, Kami, lidz, and quadz to make an awesome enseamble (sic) of delicious tracks. This was the first, but by far not the last of these events. Look to see several of them added to the TastyCast radio playlist, and we adore the community for letting us do this. Thanks guys!
